I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and pleasant with an incredible view overlooking Tokyo Bay. The service was really accommodating, especially considering we don't speak Japanese fluently. The location was great for me, being close to the Main Press Centre for Tokyo 2020. However, the dining options were below expectations and a nightmare for a European.
